Multiple internal openings are veryrare, We collected 126 cases, which had been a dimitted and Surgically managed during last 9 years from 1970, in Seoul natinal University Hospital The results were as follows
(1) The sex ratio is approximately male to female ratio was 2.4: 1.
(2) Post operative complication following fistulectomy are: eleven patients (8.0 percent) were recurrence
(3) 70.5 Percent is the most high incidence from 20 years eld to 39 years old in¢¥ age distributin (Table 1)
